This Week: We settle in for an awesome chat with Katie Coleman, owner of Durham Spirits Co, and our #girlcrush - She even shares her grandmother’s secret recipe with us!! (and you may have to turn it up, because we are uncharacteristically quiet this episode…)

Cookin’:

  • Chicken Kale Caesar Wraps from Budget Bytes

  • Sara’s Cowboy Caviar

  • Sara’s Lemony Chickpea Yums

    • 2 cans of chickpeas, diced red onion, rocket or arugula, walnuts, feta cheese, lemon juice and zest and greek yogurt. Mix together and serve on an assortment of yummy fluffy breads.

  • Our Dream Food on a stick: Shrimp & Grits with Pimento Cheese! Get on that y’all!

  • Meredith’s Cheesecake Disaster

    • Assemble Cool Whip, cream cheese and cake packet (mixed with hot water) into graham cracker crust. Proceed to drop on floor and make it work.
